I've helped countless families manage and shape their little ones sleep, my daughter began sleeping through the night at 8 weeks and i did all the things many experst say are 'bad' habits. I co slept, i breastfed on demand & fed and cuddled her to sleep on mnay occasions but i also had in place a flexible daily routine, a bedtime routine and put in place sleep associations that encouraged independent sleep sooner rather than later!
